Which stainless steel grade should I choose: 304 or 316?
Choose 304 for dry indoor projects. Choose 316 for anything outdoors, near a pool or close to the coast, because it resists chlorides and salt much better. See our 304 vs 316 guide.
What finishes are available?
Our railing hardware is available in satin (brushed), mirror polish and matte black, with other finishes on request. Tell us your finish when you ask for a quotation.
Can you produce custom sizes or our own design?
Yes. Send your drawings or specification and we can manufacture custom sizes, shapes and finishes for contractors, distributors and OEM partners.
Which glass thickness do your fittings support?
The supported glass thickness is listed in each product’s specifications. If you are unsure, send us your glass specification (thickness and tempered or laminated) and we will confirm the right fittings.
Do you supply complete railing systems or individual parts?
Both. You can order individual fittings, or matched posts, handrails, clamps, spigots and base shoes for a complete railing system.
