Glass Standoff Ø50 × 40 mm for Glass Balustrade, M10
The Glass Standoff Ø50 × 40 mm for Glass Balustrade, M10 (MOD 2340) is a side-mount glass standoff with a Ø50 mm head, 40 mm stand-off and M10 bolt. The longer stand-off leaves room for cladding, render or a drip edge between the slab and the glass.

Balconies and terraces with cladding or render, stair stringers, mezzanines and pool fences.
Installation notes
- Drill the glass with the hole size shown in the catalogue for this model, and always use tempered or laminated safety glass.
- Fix the standoff with an anchor that suits the base: chemical anchor in concrete, through-bolt in steel, or the matching screw in timber.
- Keep the rubber or PVC washers between the glass and the metal; steel must never touch the glass directly.
- The number of standoffs per panel and the edge distances depend on the glass size and the load – ask an engineer for public or commercial projects.
