Side Mount Glass Spigot 228 mm – overview
The Side Mount Glass Spigot 228 mm (MOD 6500) is bolted to the vertical face of a slab, stair stringer or pool coping and clamps the glass above the edge. The catalogue drawing shows a 228 mm high body.
MOD 6500 is listed on page 20 of the UNIKIM 2024 catalogue (Art. No. A4.6500.00.S). A shorter side-mount version is the Side Mount Fence Spigot 143 mm (MOD 6510) (MOD 6510).

Applications

Installation notes
- Bolt the spigot to sound concrete or steel at the slab edge with anchors chosen by your engineer.
- Fit the rubber for your glass, set the glass height and tighten evenly.
- Check spacing and loads against local rules.
228 mm or 143 mm?
MOD 6500 (228 mm) reaches further up the slab edge and gives a longer fixing base; the Side Mount Fence Spigot 143 mm (MOD 6510) (MOD 6510, 143 mm) is more compact.
