Installation notes
- Fix the base plate with anchors that suit the floor: chemical anchors in concrete, through-bolts in steel, or structural screws into solid timber.
- Hide the anchors with a matching base cover from our bases and covers range.
- Fit glass clamps with a flat back that matches the post, and order the rubber inserts for your exact glass thickness.
- Check the guard height for your project: IBC Section 1015 requires at least 42 inches (1,067 mm) for required guards in most buildings; homes under the IRC use 36 inches.
