Slot Tube Wall End Fitting (MOD 1171)
The Slot Tube Wall End Fitting (MOD 1171) joins the end of the slot tube to a square block that is screwed to the wall. The drawing shows a 37 × 30 mm block with an 11 mm offset – a modern, square alternative to the round wall flange.

Applications
Ends of glass balustrade handrails at walls on stairs and balconies, where a square, modern wall detail is wanted.
Installation notes
- Cut the slot tube square and deburr it; push the fitting in and fix it as shown in the installation guide (glue or screws).
- Order the fitting for the same tube size as your slot tube: Ø42.4, Ø48.3 or Ø60.3 mm.
- Fit the Slot Tube Rubber Strip (MOD 0842 / 0848 / 0860) for your glass before placing the tube on the glass.
MOD 1171 or MOD 1172?
MOD 1171 and the Slot Tube Wall End Fitting (MOD 1172) are mirror versions for the two sides of a run. For a round flange use the Slot Tube Wall Flange (MOD 1140).
