Slot Tube Horizontal Corner 90° – overview
The Slot Tube Horizontal Corner 90° (MOD 1130) joins two lengths of slot tube at a right angle in plan. The slot runs round the corner, so both glass panels stay held by the rubber strip.
MOD 1130 is listed on page 14 of the UNIKIM 2024 catalogue in three sizes for slot tube Ø42.4, Ø48.3 and Ø60.3 mm (1.5 mm wall). It belongs to the Slot Tube Handrail System – all parts together with the Round Slot Tube Handrail (MOD 0300).

Applications
Corners of glass balconies, terraces, mezzanines and pool fences with a round slot tube handrail.
Installation notes
- Cut the slot tube square and deburr it; push the fitting in and fix it as shown in the installation guide (glue or screws).
- Order the fitting for the same tube size as your slot tube: Ø42.4, Ø48.3 or Ø60.3 mm.
- Fit the Slot Tube Rubber Strip (MOD 0842 / 0848 / 0860) for your glass before placing the tube on the glass.
Horizontal or vertical?
Use MOD 1130 for corners in plan; use the Slot Tube Vertical Elbow 90° (MOD 1120) (MOD 1120) when the handrail turns down.
